Boxing at Mana
Traditional boxing is a disciplined craft with a long-standing heritage built on structure, respect, and personal accountability. At Mana, boxing is taught as a shared practice — not a proving ground. We prioritise community over competition, creating a welcoming environment where all levels can develop skill, fitness, and confidence without intimidation.

Boxing sessions are delivered to a high professional standard, with clear instruction, thoughtful programming, and attention to detail. Physically, boxing develops cardiovascular fitness, coordination, agility, and strength. Mentally, it sharpens focus, discipline, and emotional control. At Mana, shared growth is central: progress is supported by coaches, training partners, and the collective energy of the room. We take pride in our space and our standards, understanding that boxing — like Mana itself — thrives when everyone takes ownership of the culture we create.
What is Boxing?

Our coached boxing sessions are all about developing and honing the sweet science, aimed to cater for all ages and abilities its about growing as a team, this ensures that not only do you push each other but the contact element of boxing is managed and ensures people are learning and developing foundations to progress.
What is Fitness and Technique?

Boxing fitness and technique fills that gap between our traditional boxing session and boxfit - this session is designed and run for boxers but with little to no contact. Its teh perfect class for fighters looking to focus purely on fitness and technique or as a training camp break for they bodies, alternatively its great for those that want to get in shape with some focus and intensity but with out the contact. we are confident that once you meet our coaches and gain confidence you will soon be keen to step in the ring.
